Terms of use
Invite only, for your own use
5onIT is a private tool that Triple 3 LLC shares with people it invites. Your login is yours alone: don't share it.
Access can be removed at any time, and you can delete your account at any time.
Paper picks, not advice
Every pick in 5onIT is a paper bet: a record of what a pricing model would have bet, kept to test whether the model works.
Nothing here is betting, financial or legal advice. There is no guarantee of any result, and past results don't predict future ones.
You place your own bets, if any
5onIT never places bets, never holds money and never takes payment.
Any real bet you make is your own decision, at a sportsbook licensed where you are, under that sportsbook's rules.
21 or older, in Maryland
You must be 21 or older and in Maryland to use 5onIT.
If you have enrolled in a self-exclusion program, or are trying to stop gambling, don't use 5onIT. Tell the person who invited you and your access will be closed.
Help is available
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available 24 hours a day. Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Maryland also offers free assessment and treatment, and a Voluntary Exclusion Program that covers sports wagering.
No warranty
5onIT is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Triple 3 LLC is not liable for any loss connected with using it.
These terms are governed by Maryland law.
Privacy note
What 5onIT keeps about you
Your email address, to sign you in. Your state, when you confirmed you are 21 or older, which version of these terms you accepted, and when you last visited.
If you turn on notifications in the iPhone app, your phone's push token. If you add Face ID or a passkey, the sign-in service keeps its public key; the private key never leaves your device. 5onIT never asks for a sportsbook login.
Like any website, the servers' logs record the network (IP) address each request came from.
Who can see it
The owner of 5onIT (Triple 3 LLC). Other people who were invited can't see your details.
Your details are never sold. The services that run 5onIT handle them only to do that: Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in, email) and Expo (push notifications).
Leaving and deleting
Delete your account yourself at any time: Account, then Delete my account, in the iPhone app or at 5onit.app/account. Your sign-in and every detail above are deleted at once. You can also ask the person who invited you to do it.
Copies in database backups age out within 7 days, and server logs within 30 days. Amazon Web Services' own security record of sign-ins keeps the network address, without your email, for 90 days.
The engine's paper picks aren't about you and carry no personal details, so they stay.
Paper picks for testing. Not betting advice. No guarantee of any result. 21+. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
